bad service

i had a verizon landline for one year since i had a new house built. i had nothing but problems from day one. static,no dial tone,missed appointments. i left them aND WENT to cox...wow what a difference in service. ill never go back

Don't know where you live but I worked for Verizon and their service truly does suck. In fact I now have Comcast for my phone service. Go figure............
