| Verizon - awful technicians and support |
Verizon's entire dispatch/ticketing system is ridiculous. The dispatched technicians don't give a damn and close tickets before verifying with the customer that things are in working order. "hmm...it's working at this CO".."things are good up until this point"...ticket closed. AND customer service/support...what a bunch of friggin idiots. How long do I need to be put on hold for them to tell me something I already know. Fix my damn circuit!!! - Verizon H8er ID: D61795 |

| 11/20/08 | 15:01PM | In many cases, their supervisors close the ticket early to meet state ordered service mandates. So these methods of padding service quotas start with craft techs and 4 levels of management.
