Worst customer service ever

I called the number ON THE BILL with a question about the bill. I press the number corresponding with Billing and get sent to Financial Services who can only see the Bill Total, none of the details. They send me to customer service who doesn't pick up. Now on hold for 45 minutes.

I hate Verizon.
