I have never had such a horrible experience

I closed my account half a year ago and they just keep billing me. I can't stop it. Every month I get a bill. I opened 3 requests and I keep getting billed (my e-mail reference number is 37398436 if anyone from Verizon is looking at this).

I just don't know what to do anymore.... I try calling but no answer I send emails but no response and I keep on getting the bills.

I really don't know what to do with this horrible company!!!!
