| useless verizon workers |
if anyone sees a verizon technician sitting in his truck doing nothing please call 1-401-334-8836 thank you. these techs are wasting money while the customer gets its rates raised. and the customer service sucks
i had a line out for 6 days and when the tech came out he worked for bout 30 minutes then said i cant fix problem,ill send someone else. he then proceeded to sit in his truck in front of my house for 1 hour and 10 minutes. and it was at 9 am so he wasnt at lunch. terrible company - Verizon H8er ID: 8FDFA6 |
