fake unpaid balances and more...

I had a broadband card that I was never able to get online with. I returned it. My credit card issued (NOT VERIZON) three months credit. I have verizon cell phone service too. I then got my cell phone cut off for "unpaid balances" due of over $160(I pay automatically to a credit card) twice. I then wrote Lowell McAdam CEO verizon wireless 140 west street 29th floor NY NY 10007. I wrote the FCC (online) and my credit card to dispute the charges that I had to make under threat of further service cut offs. I hate verizon!
