$1,000 cell phone bill........for texting

Who can we talk to, to investigate this bill. I use my pc for emails, and don't understand how I could run up a bill for texting in this amount of $1,000. for this month. If I knew where I can go to get someone to investigate this, I would really appreciate it.This is the second bill she has brought to my attention, the first one was for $200.00 and that is not right. This company is not right.
