i hate verizon and their run around sooooooooooo much

They lure you in with a $200 gift card. Dont believe them. It's been 6 months and I still have never recieved my card. I spend 20 minutes every 6 weeks on the phone tree and on hold for them to tell me they reprocessed it and it will be 4 - 6 weeks and I will get the gift card.
They suck. They don't care that they hook you in with a promotion and then totally screw you out of it.
