i have ben with verizon for 7 years and wqhen it rains,snows or just windy, my line gets static.i had techs out heer 4 times this year alone. can someone tell me why tis cant be fixed? - Verizon H8er ID: 410C52 |

It is "cheaper to" allow the plant to literally fail.
