No service

12 days cant recieve phone calls & DSL like watching grass grow.

Verizone repair finnally came, but couldnt fix. Said water affecting cables. Special cable people would have to come. Spent 2 hour or more on phone trying to contact a human. did redials every 30 minutes after no human voice.
