| Phantom customer rep?? Sociopath Liar?? |
I received my first bill and it was almost triple what I was supposed to pay. I called and got a very nice man named Derek on the phone. He guided me step by step throughout my bill, dropping fees and changing the rate billed each month, until it was at the right amount. I was so happy with this service, only to discover later that there was absolutely NO record of his changing anything, or even him accessing my account, whoever he was. A different customer rep told me that she could not change my rate to the special offer published on the sheet I PRINTED OUT AND FAXED TO HER because it was expired. So now I am locked into a more expensive contract, for a speed I didn't even want. And they got my name wrong. That took an additional hour to correct. I am going to call and/or email executives until I get a handle on someone who can do the right thing. - Verizon H8er ID: 7B10A5 |
