Website never works

I have tried and tried to get their website to work for billing.
I just want to give them money --- but no!!!!!!!

It's an amazing nightmare dealing with these people. The phone bank people r ok but I finally talked with a supervisor who connected me to the wrong center again.

They truly are a pathetic behemouth
