They have not done a single thing correct...

Lets see where do I begin, I have been on hold now waiting for a rep for 2 hours (that is not an exageration) because for some reason they have my account to pay a monthly automatic payment of $710!!!

They screwed up my installation, my phone number, my service, my billing and online and then have the audacity to tell me I have to pay a $200 early cancellation fee. If you are even considering going with Verizon DON'T
