I hate Verizon.... Period

Why must every time I got to get my upgrade for my phone, Verizon must push the date back even further and say they have to change me to some nationwide bullshit and talk about these stupid internet charges and other dumb shit when I juat want a new damn phone right freaking now.... I HATE THEM
