| Verizon doesn't deserve to be in business |
I hope that the whole company goes under. I realize that the people that answer the phone have limited knowlege but they should at least try to be helpful. I get thrown around in circles and I hate it. Get a clue of what your customers are going throug. - Verizon H8er ID: 9116F1 |

People like that are not likely to retain 10% of what little training they are provided
