| They Screw Everyone! |
I had FIOS - the install was not what I expected, but the quality of TV/internet/Pone was exceptional-when I had a question about a mistake in the installation it took FIVE HOURS OVER 3 DAYS to talk to a LIVE person!!! When you do get someone you get passed to 3-4 others who never actually help - all the while you're on hold for 30 minutes to an hour for each step!!!!! I hate these guys! I just got an erroneous bill 2 months AFTER I cancelled! They are pure fuckheads. The bill was for service 2-3 months after I returned the equipment!!!
