| Please Report Your Complaints to the Attorney General For Your State |
I was promised service for internet and phone at one rate and then Verizon over billed me and would not honor the rate quaoted. This happened 2 years in a row so it appears to be an ongoing problem.
Since this involved Internet (which is not regulated by PUC) I filed a complaint with the AG for the State of PA.
This clearly gets the attention of Verizon and may eventually help to stop their deceptive business practices. - Verizon H8er ID: 2F895F |

That's nonsense! (Bullshit too) ...and, they don't save passwords. Also they have screwed up my computer with "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" and I NEVER had these problems using AT&T dial-up service. the problem being, dial-up is soo slow doing everything.
