| Send me a replacement!!! |
I have the Blackberry Curve and for some reason it freezes daily. I called up Verizon and they told me i need to update my software. I updated my software, no improvements. I call them back and they refuse to send me a new phone! G-d forbid they send me a replacement? Worst customer service ever! If it wernt for there great service, I wouldn't even consider using Verizon. (Not to mention there prices are high) I am considering switching to AT&T as soon as my contract is up! - Verizon H8er ID: 172557 |

And the issue with the phone freezing sounds liek an issue witht he info on the phone nothing to do with the service at all... try checking the amount of memory you use on the device thats more then likly the issue with the phone! - Verizon H8er ID: 4794F5 |
