Since I signed up for FiOS 9/18/2008, I've had 27 trouble tickets and more then 10 outages. Worst thing is I'm in a condo building and we are on a MDU ONT and this affects everyone. I did get a $20 credit after reporting a 5hr outage to the FCC, but that took from Oct 2008 until March 2009. Tonight another outage.
