| They won't send you a gift certificate so don't believe it. |
They told me that if I signed up for their service they would send me a gift certificate for $100. I never got it. When I called back they said that I didn't qualify because I didn't sign up for all of the stuff they were offering. The problem is they never clarified that to begin with. They actually confirmed I would be getting it when I hung up the phone.
A friend of mine had the same problem. But he complained so loud and so much that he finally got his a year later. But the service wasn't worth the effort. It made little or no difference to the speed of his internet. - Verizon H8er ID: 01FEE8 |
