| Verizon DOES Suck! Don't visit Kiosks in Malls! |
I lost my home in Galveston to Hurricane Ike. My plan didn't allow enough minutes to accommodate the increase I needed due to time on phone with Insurance, mortgage companies, etc. So I went to a mall kiosk and changed my plan (or so I thought). After receiving bills that did not reflect the changes, I called Verizon- no record of ever changing my plan. The lady was quite nice, said she would change the plan and credit me back to November-she even calculated exactly what I owed and I sent that check in. Guess what- next bill came in saying I owed $700+!!! Again I call, they say they will fix and that a "supervisor will call me back". Didn't happen. Another call TODAY-no good answers. I am starting a new job where I will be able to choose service and plans for 17 people!! Guess what business Verizon won't be getting? After over 10 years of MY service guess who won't be renewing???
