Completely Hate Verizon

I am on the phone with Verizon at least once a month to fix something or other. I can't stand the people at Verizon! And yet I can't change internet providers. My only other choice is Comcast, and I've heard their just as bad. So I'm stuck with Verizon and I'm not looking forward to next months call to fix my bill again.
Isnt' there another way to get internet with out the hassel and BS of Verizon?!
