Worst of ALL

4 calls and 2 hours and I can't get my phone turned back on. Called today to cancel a 2nd line. They cancel both of them. I have called them 3 more times and have to give the computer all my information along with each person. Went to the internet site and emailed my problem and got an email back that said it had gone to the wrong department and to phone an 800 number.
This company is a bunch of jerks....
