| I swear on my life I will never ever go back to Verizon |
Hate doesn't describe enough how I feel about Verizon. I terminated my account last June 2008 and returned the equipments. A month later they sent yet another bill for their equipment that I didn't return. I called them several times about this, with each time they apologize for the error. And now almost a year later I received a letter from a collection agency for the amount. I'm going to send them a certified letter informing them to stop harassing me. And if that doesn't work, I will take them to court and have them pay all the legal fees and whatever else I could claim. I will never go back to Verizon. I don't care if they give me free service.
