I thought comcast was bad... W0W!!!! verizon has the worst of the worst customer service.. I bet I have spent 2 hours on the phone just trying to get some satisfaction from ANYONE there concerning my new account. I keep getting those endless computer voice questionaires.. transfered from one number to the next.. I am totally fed up with their incompetance.... & it's only been 2 weeks. Their DSL service has ALREADY slowed down from the initial installation.. at least comcast screwed me slowly... - Verizon H8er ID: 3132A0 |
