| Beware when you call verizon |
You should know that as a former Verizon Sales Rep (they fired me because I have health issues) the horror that even we, as employees, face. Beware to any of you who need to call them as their management forces their reps to make an attempt to sell you every feature they offer - on one call - even before they attempt to resolve any issues you have. If I missed a sales opportunity, and my supervisor heard the "violation", I would be written up. Too many of these "Write-ups" and you're suspended. Even if you, as a CUSTOMER didnt want to hear it, we're still obliged and required to force feed you everything. - Verizon H8er ID: 1937DD |
