| Refund? not likely. |
I moved to an area where verizon claimed to have service but they didn't. That was in November of 2008. It is currently April 2009 and they still haven't refunded my early termination fees and cost of phone as promised. The latest (4-6-09) lie they have told me is they can't refund my money for another two months because the "wharehouse" hasn't noted the account. This is the same wharehouse I was told has not recieved the phones I had to send back. Thankfully I could disprove there lies with facts, the tracking number from fedex (8666-6129-5076). Well, I have to run...need to stop at the WAREHOUSE.
