| what the hell is phone insurance for!!!? |
I have had my Verizon Cell phone for 21 months, I have been faithfully paying $5 a month for the replacement insurance the whole time. Now when I need to make a claim and get a replacement on a phone that is falling apart, they want me to pay $50 for a replacement???!!!! I look on their website and see a dozen phones priced under $100. By my calculation, I have paid these pirates $104.79 in insurance premiums and they want another 50 bucks???!!!
