Verizon CANNOT get it RIGHT

Recently they attempted to migrate our business off of a 3rd party provider for a sweet deal. After six calls and one week on their service (phone and DSL) they have not completed the install. Voice mail and DSL have both been unable to be set up after two separate orders have been delayed or cancelled. On the phone right now and even the Verizon Support Person cannot believe the delays. If you can stand to have limited service for two weeks VERIZON is for you!
