Verizon comes to japan!

I would just like to say I have been living overseas for over 7 years serving my country! And now verizon took over as our internet and telephone provider here on base leaving us with greatly slower internet speeds then advertised and poor telephone service oh and lets not forget the low easy payment of $120 a month!!!! How can we stop this!?
