| Verizon treated me badly and screwed my credit |
Hi
was a verizon customer for 5 years. They had relatively bad customer service. Then i changed to t-mobile. Thats when they screwed me. I was supposed to get some credit on my lastbill. They put the credit in a differennt account and left my bill unpaid. Then since they did not have the right address (they had the correct email and phone number) i did not get my bill. 6 months later i get a call from collection agency. I paid them the next day but they informed the credit agencies. Also they were plain rude and arrogant.
these cusomer service people are just a bunch of frustrated loosers. I hate thier arrogance and hope they go down. Screw you verizon.
