| "Good Times" |
There's nothing like getting woken up by some Verizon rep from an unknow number that can barely speak english, when your sick because your bill is 9 days late. Informing me of the total amount due. Including the new bill before you recieve it in the mail. I would much rather get my bill in the mail before I get pissed off. Before i have to due the little dance with the Verizon Wireless Costomer Service on the phone for an hour. I like to try to decipher my bill for awile before i call and change my plan, again.
