Verizon Diet

I am on a new diet. Whenever I feel like eating I call Verizon Customer Service and I lose my appetite. I am getting charged late charges for modems they sent me and I returned. Have proof I returned them but they haven't credited me -they want me to pay for the modems and then they will credit me.
