| Verizon obviously doesn't need me as a customer |
My husband left our two-line account to go with AT&T for an iphone. All I needed was for Verizon to put me on the account as the main account holder. It has taken months and several phone calls and we're still not there. I really want to switch companies but know Verizon has the best coverage in Phoenix. You would then call Cust Service and their name change team would create a new account for you with your existing number.
