agree wholeheartedly... they basically sold old account info of mine (that i had cancelled/terminated years prior) to a collection agency, which i had to pay off just to find out it screwed with my credit! good times, thanks verizon! i have been verizon free for atleast a year now and plan on continuing to steer clear of the company, they are pure evil in my book.
