| Broken Promises |
I called on June 20 to take advantage of the 69.99 offer. Verizon said its computers were down, and they would call us later. They did the first time June 23 but said the computers were still down. They said they would call Thursday 6-25 but never did. I called them today, and they said that they had no record that I had called and the offer was no longer available! I'm hopping mad!
