you may have to do it more than once as the voice portal is going to state " sorry i did not understand your request" prees 0 then # again and it will say " i pass you to someone that can help you" there voice portal is a maens to try to eventually eliminate jobs. dont we talk to enough computers. refuse to use there voice portal
