They cut off my service after THEY made a mistake!

Long story short. Verizon entered the wrong expiration date of the credit card they had been using for 3 years. Three times in a row.
They ended up cutting off my Internet service depiste my multiple attempts at paying my bill (they notified me in a letter 2 months after the fact).
I finally was able to convince someone to take my money.
I wish I could switch to another Co, but sadly Verizon is the only one where I live.
I hate Verizon.
