I hate Verizon

How does this company stay in business??? My email went down in May. They flat out refused to fix it..I called Comcast and had that installed on 6/5. I get a bill from Verizon for $25.80 for internet from 6/5 to 7/5. I called and was told I didn't owe it because I no longer had the service. Today I get another bill and was told that the internet wasn't terminated until 6/21 because the bill wasn't paid! huh? I told them THEY told me I didn't owe it! So I'm stuck paying this bill because of their stupidity. There is one brain cell in the entire company and I even wonder about that person. No one has English as even a second language. The connection with the last guy I spoke to was so bad neither of us could hear...this from the "best" phone company? Not in my book. I won't even have my cell phone with them.

I told my dog that if someone had a gun to her head and one to a Verizon employee head and told me to choose it wouldn't even take a nano second on that decision....my dog's death would be a loss.

The CEO of GTE is the one who needs a root canal without any pain killer. There was no need to merge with Bell Atlantic to form Verizon. GTE's board of directors' actions eliminated thousands of jobs. I hope the public knows that both companies recieve us gov't funds and those tax dollars are being used to eliminate good paying jobs.

im a verizon employee and a army national guardsman that has spent 2 and a half of the last six years in iraq. glad to know that i've laid it all out on the line so that you could have the freedom to bitch on a blog like this. you, on the other hand would end my life over 25 bucks. fuck you and your interet. i've talked to people who's wives and children have been kidnapped and never heard from again. i wonder just how much those poor people would have given to have your problem.
