| A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH |
I thought it was misrable dealing with Comcast. The difficulty of getting the right information from Verizon is unbearable.
I had called to resolve an issue for my elderly mother. It should have been simple. Pretty much when your customer service sucks more than Comcast you're dead in the water. My mom is going to switch & I will never try them. - Verizon H8er ID: AB7D33 |
