as a unhappy former verizon customer i can attest to the utter incompetence of the company as a whole. it is good to call the company and complain(and do this many times when your service is out)but also call your local senators,representatives and the fcc and puc. if unhappy people keep calling these agencies then verizon will be fined and like any company, hit them where it hurts which is in the pocketbook. and believe me, if you call the people i spoke about then they will eventually be sick of the calls and act upon it. - Verizon H8er ID: C6EF86 |
