| don't get fios |
drilled a hole through the center brick, 30yards of cable strewn on the lawn, no internet for 6 weeks, no wireless for 7 weeks, 3 days off work, $1000 in computer consultant fees, 6 weeks behind on my quickbooks, won't remove the fios, told me I can't keep my phone number, told me I have to pay an early termination fee to remove the service that never worked.
