In The Interest Of Fair Discourse...

I don't doubt that people have had bad experiences with Verizon, and I am not questioning the truth of anyone's experiences on this site. I am posting because at the top of the page, there is the claim that the site's owner has never talked to a Verizon customer who hasn't had a problem. I am a Verizon customer, and in fact Verizon is one of the few companies I claim any loyalty to. I left Verizon a year ago to get the iPhone and after many disasters with AT&T am am back with Verizon and completely happy.
