| Horrific Customer Service Verizon Wirless |
If anyone is looking to get shit on; abused and treated as rudely as possible, please visit the VZ wiresless kiosk in Attleboro MA, located inside the BJ's Wholesale Club. Ask for Robert. He'll make sure your visit to sign up for new service is a hellish experience. Make sure you don't ask any questions, this really get's him fired up. He got very annoyed when I declined the $6 a month charge for insurance (with a $50 deductible) on the phone. $110 a year, I can buy a new phone for less.. logic is not part of the sales strategy at this location. - Verizon H8er ID: 220BBD |
