| what are we going to do about it? |
I had a very poor customer experience wiht Verizon
this morning. They have been overcharging me and
I wanted to disconnect. I was sent to "cancellation deapt. aka "retention" department and promised 1/2 highspeed as compensation. That did not happen on my bill and
the serivce rep told me my bill was high because i didn't pay. That was soooo infuriating because
the payment is auto pay and the morons take it out. Need-less-to-say. They don't anymore .
I made the comment to a supervisor that the
more loyal the customer, the more you get charged.
Try to leave and they offer a better price, or a new customer can get a better price.
The supervisor a Miss Lawson" said that is their policy...aren't you glad she does not work for you.
0 customer loyalty program. I need high-speed,
home phone and tv service...I don't know where to go I hate verizon and comcast...any suggestions?
How can we unite and fight these giants?

What are their hours 9-5 ? Tired of speaking to
a recorded message. - Verizon H8er ID: 5AE6A4 | | 08/21/09 | 6:20AM | | appeal number goes to ceos office,then they call your manager and he then calls me(the technician)and i go to job. i have been pulled off of jobs to go to a presidential appeal job. see, the ceos office doesnt want calls like this so if u have problems call em often. sad but in verizon,the squeky wheel gets the grease. also,always get the name of the tech that comes out to fix the problem so u have a record ofit. - Verizon H8er ID: C244AC |
