i hav espent my summer with customer service at verizon

while the rest of nj has been enjoying the wonderful beaches we have here, i get up put on my bathing suit call verizon to fix a problem then wait and wait!!!!promised a free mini computer what a joke!! and just trying to get a supervisor immpossible. it makes me sick to think how much i pay verizon a month to be treated this way.i cant wait until this company folds they desesrve it. its now the afternoon to late for the beach still havent gotten to a supervisor. o well theres always tomorrow..............
