Oh, how about that automated service ...

Can I tell you how annoying their automated service is? And why, when you finally get someone, do you have to repete what you've already keyed in: your number, your problem, etc.

Exactly! I hate them! I have spent many hours on the phone with them lately. What is sad is I live in southern Minnesota, and our service is way worse with Verizon than it was before with Alltel. We had a much better signal then.
