| I can tell u whn u ask ffor a sup u are only getting annother cust rep cuz real sups are too lazy and thing it is beneath them to tak customer calls so if they trans u to a super it is just a reg employee that u just talked to accept he or she is getting a extra 10 dollars for being wht theyy call a "MA" management assistane also the regualr reps are only allowed to be on call for 210 seconds after that they are allowed to try to get u off the phne b hanging up also if u want to file a compplaint with so called super u sould no that no such complaint is eing reported the just tell u what u wanna hear to get u off phone bbcuz no emplyee will rat out another employyee - Verizon H8er ID: E6D9E7 |
