| My phone bill makes no sense |
A month ago I got a phone bill that was far less. I got another bill for next month which is alot more which makes no sense. It seems like they bring my bill from high to low and low to high. I called up customer service they make no sense. I was being lied to few months ago saying my contract runs out with them November of this year.
When I called customer service the lady said my contract runs out March of 2010. I told her that this is rediculous and she said that when they have a promotion my bill will be low, then it will go high the next month when there is no promotion and I feel that they are playing games and they are nothing but a bunch of crooks.
I told her that I'm on a fixed income I'm surprised she was sympathetic about that, but it's not right to rip people off and lie about it. - Verizon H8er ID: 66A3C0 |
