Just keeps getting worse

I have Verizon cell phones, broadband and phone for years with EXCELLENT service and wonderful experience, then I "upgrated" to fios. Since then I've had representatives flat out lie to me, eac month there is some reason I need to pay more. Representatives left out critical parts of the details which have cost me money. Misserable!! I can't wait for my contract to expire and go back to broadband!
